Mitch Laing
Mitch is the CEO of
TSE and his role is to create and implement strategy for
not only TSE but also to assist in doing the same for
TSE’s partners. Mitch has a long history of implementing
great marketing programs premised on valid market
insights and sound business strategy. Mitch’s experience
speaks for itself. For the past 10 years, he has been
assisting Brand marketers from around the world with
over 8 years of experience with Creata, leading on their
global business based out of the Chicago in the USA, and
2 years with Advantage Line in the Asia Pacific Region.
His experience previous to that had a strong bent
towards Marketing in the Retail marketplace & in
particular, the development of innovative & exciting new
Product concepts & Marketing activities.
Greg Hammond
Greg is the COO of TSE and has been with us since 1996. He has significant experience in maximising returns for sponsors through activation projects, including major sponsorship campaigns, specific branding and communication strategies and experiential promotions.
Greg has established a reputation as being able to make complicated projects and tasks seem easy, with a very hands on approach to sponsorship management. Greg understands the significance of building relationships in this industry and has forged numerous strong partnerships on behalf of world renowned brands including Gatorade, adidas, Fujitsu, Philips Electronics, Hewlett Packard and IBM. At a local level Greg directs several key company accounts and boasts a consistent trend of developing longevity with client related services.
Greg has a degree in Sports Management from the University of Canberra.
Paul Smith
Paul is the Founding Partner and Chairman of TSE. Prior to establishing TSE way back in 1994, Paul was the Director of Marketing of the PGA of Australia. Since TSE’s establishment, Paul has grown what was a small service agency into an international company. Paul has a strong personal ethos that drives him and those around him to make the business of marketing communications and sponsorship professional and accountable. Paul now resides in the US and is the Founder & CEO of Repucom International.
