TSE has been in business for over 15 years within the sponsorship domain, the company was formed on the philosophy that the Australian market was in need of a measured and clinical approach to sponsorship investment.

Although we prefer the term partnership and work tirelessly on ensuring this is achieved with the rights holder and with us, TSE.  So if successful partnerships are what you are looking for then our objectives are in line.

Paul Smith

Paul is the Group Managing Director of Communicom.  He leads a group of companies made up of committed professionals in their respective disciplines that strive to provide excellence in performance, service and maximum value for money.
Prior to establishing the Communicom Group, starting with TSE way back in 1994, Paul was Director of Marketing of the PGA of Australia. 

Since 1994, Paul has grown what was a small service agency into an international company.  Paul has a strong personal ethos that drives him and those around him to make the business of marketing communications and sponsorship professional and accountable.at is intended to build the industry as a whole as well his own business
interests.

Greg Hammond

Greg has been with TSE since 1996 and has significant experience in maximising returns for sponsors through activation projects, including major sponsorship campaigns, specific branding and communication strategies and experiential promotions.

Greg has established a reputation as being able to make complicated projects and tasks seem easy, with a very hands on approach to sponsorship management.  Greg understands the significance of building relationships in this industry and has forged numerous strong partnerships on behalf of world renowned brands including Gatorade, adidas, Fujitsu, Philips Electronics, Hewlett Packard and IBM.  At a local level Greg directs several key company accounts and boasts a consistent trend of developing longevity with client related services.

Greg has a degree in Sports Management from the University of Canberra.
